Test fully coupled CESM with mizuRoute

•  B-case with ne30pg3_t232 grid for 5 days run (starting in 1850):
• MOSART (use alias): BHISTC_LTso
• mizuRoute (use long name): HISTC_CAM70%LT_CLM60%BGC-CROP_CICE_MOM6_MIZUROUTE_DGLC%NOEVOLVE_WW3

• The same as above except for 5months:
• Monthly history outputs (ROF and coupler)

Potential cause of difference between mizuRoute and coupler

• How negative flow is handled with “direct-in-place” (also need to check direct-to-outlet in mizuRoute) .
• Area correction is on in MOSART, but not in mizuRoute.
• MOSART import runoff from glc?
