PREPARING MINERAL RICH WATER

This process follows the traditional Mongolian way of preparing water. Boil 2 cups water with an added pinch of Himalayan salt until it reduces to 1.5 cups.

AMU MORNING SMOOTHIE

1 medium organic apple

20 grams of blueberries (about cup)

1 Persian cucumber

2 teaspoons of Amu Nutrition mung bean powder or another superfood.

Blend with prepared boiled water to create a warm, fiber-rich drink that is easy to digest.

Drinking cold beverages in the morning can weaken digestion, while this dairy-free blend supports inflammation reduction and offers gentle nourishment to begin the day.

NOURISHING SOUPS

In our detox program, soups are essential for repair and nourishment. Each recipe uses equal portions of vegetables and meats, simmered for 20 minutes and lightly salted. This simple method supports digestion, delivers key nutrients, and provides satiety. Across cultures, soup is one of the most effective ways to detoxify and restore balance.

This blend is based on Traditional Medicine and crafted with protein, fiber, and healing herbs. Inside our liver tonic formula, you’ll notice solid granules—

simply mix them with water and drink at 3pm each day.

For best results, consume the full serving without leaving any residue.

HERBAL TEA

To prepare your tea, steep the herbs in 1–2 cups of hot water. Throughout the day, keep adding more hot water to the same blend and continue drinking. Instead of plain water, enjoy this nourishing herbal tea as your daily hydration.

WARM GINGER FOOT BATH

Add half a teaspoon of dried ginger to warm water and soak your feet for 5–10 minutes. This simple ritual supports circulation and brings deep relaxation to the body.

SOUP RECIPES

BEEF, BEETROOT, CELERY, CARROT SOUP

1 lb beef (cubed),

2 beetroots (peeled and diced),

2 stalks celery (chopped),

2 carrots (chopped),

4 cups water or beef broth,

salt and nutmeg to taste.

In a large pot, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until beef is tender and vegetables are soft, about 20 min. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg before serving.

LENTIL SOUP

1 cup lentils (rinsed)

2 medium carrots or other vegetables (chopped)

2 cups kale (chopped, stems removed)

4 cups bone broth, salt and nutmeg to taste.

If you like, you can add 1/2 cup small pieces of cooked meat.

In a pot, sauté the carrots, and any other vegetables until slightly tender. Add the lentils and bone broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir in the kale and meat, cooking another 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and nutmeg, and serve warm.

FAQ

Q: I’m slim, sensitive, and get tired easily. How should I follow the program?

No worries — the program can be adjusted for your body type. Instead of doing the half-day fast

on both Days 7 and 8, just do it on Day 8 only, then move straight into the full fasting on Day 9.

Q: What if I get headaches or feel uncomfortable in the first few days?

That’s actually very common when your body starts detoxing. If you notice a headache or feel off,

mix 3 tsp of the Black Rice & Grape Seed blend into ½ cup of warm water and drink it. If needed,

you can still take regular headache medicine. Not to worry, by Day 3 headaches usually ease up a lot.

Q: Can I keep exercising during the program?

Yes, but give your body a little break during the 3 liver & gallbladder cleanse days, and also the day right after.

Then you can go back to your normal exercise routine.

Q: What about coffee or vitamins?

During these 14 days, it’s best to avoid coffee. Please continue only with any prescription medications you need.

All other supplements, especially multivitamins, can be paused until after the program.

Q: What if I get constipated?

This can happen since you’ll be eating smaller portions. If so, simply add 1 tbsp of olive oil in your morning

smoothing and enjoy 1 avocado with your dinner. These remedies usually help things move along gently.

NOTEWORTHY POINTS

WE DON’T RESTRICT SALT.

BUT PLEASE DON’T USE GARLIC.

While garlic has many benefits for reducing inflammation, it is not ideal for the gallbladder and should be limited or avoided if you are focusing on gallbladder health.

HOW TO PREPARE BONE BROTH

Use 4–5 beef shank bones and simmer them in 1 gallon of water. On a regular stovetop, cook for 1 hour; in a slow cooker, 2 hours; or in a pressure cooker, 30 minutes. The broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Each bone can be reused 3–4 times for additional batches.

  • Including pranayama breathing to your morning routine is highly supportive of the body’s detoxification process and beneficial to your overall well-being.

ENERGY FLOW

  • Applying a warm compress helps balance the flow of energy and is especially important in supporting recovery after liver and gallbladder cleansing.

Prepare the whey the night before on Day 7

Ingredients: 1 Gallon of organic whole milk, 1 lb Greek yogurt, juice of ½ lemon or lime.

Preparation: In a large pot, gently heat the milk over medium heat until it reaches about 130°F (slightly hot to the touch). Stir in the Greek yogurt until fully combined. Stay close to the stove and carefully watch the milk. After 1–2 minutes, just before it reaches a boil, add the freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. Continue heating until the milk curdles. If it doesn’t curdle, add another ½ lemon’s juice and keep watching carefully. Strain the mixture to separate the liquid (whey) from the solids (curds) through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Store the whey in a clean jar in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

DAY 8 OR 9

Morning 6-7 AM (Have to wake up early! Rise and shine!)

  • Warm 1 cup of whey liquid and stir in 1 teaspoon (about 5 g) of Epsom salt. Drink this on an empty stomach.
  • Lie on your right side, placing a warm towel over your gallbladder area, and rest for 25–30 minutes.
  • Afterward, stand up and drink 3 more cups of whey liquid, one after another, with about 5 minutes between each cup.
  • Up until 11:00 AM, repeat the gentle cleansing 2–5 times as needed. Around 11:30, enjoy your daytime porridge. Avoid water until then; if you feel very thirsty, you can sip some whey liquid and continue the cleansing. The more times you gently flush, the more effective the process.

IF NO BOWEL MOVEMENT WITHIN 1 HOUR

  • Drink another cup of warm whey liquid, then perform one round of your yoga sequence.
  • Wait 10 minutes, drink a second cup, and repeat the yoga movements.
  • If needed, you can drink a third cup and go through the yoga sequence once more to support the process.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR GALLBLADDER HAS BEEN EFFECTIVELY CLEANSED

  • Multiple bowl movements are a good sign, especially if your stool becomes watery.
  • During the first 1–2 eliminations, yellow or greenish material may appear — this usually comes from the gallbladder or liver ducts.
  • Towards the end, if you see green or dark pieces, it often indicates fat-bound toxins or “bad” cholesterol in the large intestine, which is also a positive sign that your body is clearing itself.

WHAT IF YOU VOMIT AFTER DRINKING WHEY LIQUID?

Some people may feel nauseous due to sensitivity or heat in the body. If this happens, start by taking a few deep breaths to calm down. Wait a little, then slowly replace the whey liquid you lost by drinking more of the whey liquid.

  • If you vomited after the first cup with Epsom salt, you can drink it again.
  • If you can’t handle the full amount, try ½ cup of warm water with 1 tsp Epsom salt or 1 cup of plain whey without salt. Then lie down on your right side and continue with the remaining whey.
  • If vomiting happens after any of the following cups, take a short break, breathe deeply, and then continue sipping the remaining cups, 10 minutes apart if needed.
  • Vomiting is considered beneficial in Traditional Medicine, as it helps clear the stomach phlegm— so there’s no cause for concern.

WHEN SHOULD YOU STOP THE CLEANSING

Temporary discomfort like mild cramping, fatigue, nausea, or headache is normal and usually passes once the flush begins. However, if you feel sharp abdominal pain, stop immediately without continuing — this could indicate gallstones.
