ELD (English Language Development) in a UDL Framework

  • Data Trend: English Learner Growth & Attainment indicator (“percentage of ELs who met their interim growth toward, or attainment level, of English language proficiency as measured by the ACCESS for ELLs” ) increased from 22.2% in 21-22 to 29% in 22-23

  • Per 22 Pa Code 4.26, ELD requires two-tiered programming
