Canva: Bulk Create

Batch create custom certificates, letter, fliers and more with the Canva Bulk Create feature.

Get Started

1. Open your Canva Project

2. Click on Apps and select Bulk create

3. Choose if you would like to enter data manually or upload data (choose upload if you have data on a spreadsheet)

Enter Data Manually

Download your spreadsheet as a .csv file

Click Upload Data and select your .csv file

Connect data to your elements…

• Select an element (Add text boxes to use as placeholders for each data field.)
• Click connect data
• Select the data field from the left margin and click continue

Apply Data by clicking the Generate designs button
