Business Background
I am a data analyst at one of the fast growing ecommerce in Brazil named Samba Commerce, which just launched in 2021. Samba Commerce offers more than 15k products, and more than 50 product categories to the customers all over Brazil. There are a number of internal and external variables that support our business growth. In 2022 we want to utilize more data to support our growth.
Mr. Ronaldinho (CEO), requested Mr Neymar (head of data) to create a company wide dashboard. Mr. Neymar trust me to create the dashboard
Business Requirement
Data visualization is the practice of translating information into a visual context, such as a map or graph, to make data easier for the human brain to understand and pull insights from. The main goal of data visualization is to make it easier to identify patterns, trends and outliers in large data sets.
In this case we need to visualize data report of Samba Commerce with Looker Studio and Tableau. With these tools we need to make the dashboard and find some insight for CEO and the other users and plan the business strategy to increase profit in next period.
