Lecture | Not officially enrolled (non-credit student on Canvas) Attend the same section in-person–Team chooses who attends which, at least one SI Leader per section *Marketing opportunity* | 3 hours |
Planning | Submit your session plans at the beginning of each session. Blank session form. �Completed session form. Feedback via comments *Planning meetings beginning of semester* | 3 hours (1.5 hours of planning per session) .5 hours |
Facilitating | Scheduled based off your shared Google Calendar Two 1 hr and 15 min sessions per week Feedback via observations/debriefs | 3 hours (1.5 hours facilitating per session) |

FAQ
Can we continue in future semesters?
Yes! SI Leaders often continue on for several semesters. As long as they are working satisfactorily!
Spring Trainings
These trainings are MANDATORY. There is no alternative. It can not be attended virtually. If you can not make the entire training, you can not be an SI Leader.
International students
Yes! We have several international students on staff. It is just a little longer of a process to be hired.
Busy schedule? (19+ units)
There is no limit to the amount of units you can take, but being an SI Leader does require a full 10-12 hours each week.
