Pricing
We will continue offering the self-service product at low or no cost, to drive growth.
However, going forward finding the right enterprise pricing will be leading for us.
How are we deciding our Enterprise pricing:
The minimum offering to enterprise clients is at USD 3000/month for up to 300 users. This is proving to be a reasonable and acceptable level for the majority of our clients.
We are trying several different pricing options on the larger enterprise companies looking for an organization wide rollout of 10,000 to 100,000 users. We are seeing already they are much more receptive to a pricing strategy based on a corporate flat rate subscription fee per year rather than per user model.

Pain: Disorganization and Leadership Challenges in AI Implementation
When starting to use AI, businesses often struggle with two things: not being organized and not having clear leadership. Without a good plan, bringing in AI can cause mess and confusion because there's no set plan that matches the business's long-term aims.
Solution: Team-GPT deals with these related problems by giving an organized platform that makes the process of starting to use AI simpler. Plus, it provides Adoption Consulting to help leaders with strategies designed just for them. This bridges the gap between what AI can do and the business's aims, making the change smoother and making sure everyone is working towards the same goals.
Pain: Data Sovereignty and Security
With the rise of AI, enterprises are increasingly concerned about maintaining control over their data and ensuring its security during AI interactions. The need for both internal data governance and robust protection against external threats is paramount.
Solution: Team-GPT ensures data sovereignty by offering on-premise and private cloud solutions, giving enterprises the reins over their data residency. It secures AI interactions through comprehensive encryption and strict access controls, addressing concerns around data privacy and providing a secure environment for AI adoption and utilization.
Pain: Inadequate Feature Sets for Enterprise AI Collaboration
Many AI platforms lack the specialized tools and features needed for effective enterprise collaboration and knowledge management. Organizations require more than just AI interaction; they need an environment that supports robust administrative controls, information organization, and strategic insights into usage.
Solution: Team-GPT is engineered to address this gap by providing an intuitive shared workspace with enterprise-grade features. These include customizable prompt templates for more effective AI interactions, organized chat folders for easy retrieval of information, comprehensive admin controls for better management, and insightful usage reports to monitor engagement. Team-GPT's platform is designed with the needs of businesses in mind, ensuring that teams can fully leverage the power of AI in a collaborative and controlled manner.
Pain: Obstacles in AI Adoption Education and Value Realization
The transition to AI-enhanced workflows can be a complex process that requires not only technological solutions but also education and training. Enterprises often struggle to find effective methods to upskill their workforce and unlock the full potential of AI tools.
Solution: In response to this educational challenge, Team-GPT offers an exclusive interactive course titled "ChatGPT for Work," led by the CEO, who is an accomplished educator in data science and machine learning. This integrated course aims to enhance the learning experience and speed up AI adoption among employees. By providing hands-on education within the software itself, Team-GPT empowers users to quickly grasp AI capabilities and apply them to their work, enabling them to derive tangible value from the technology.
Pain: Cost-Efficient Democratization of AI Knowledge and Access
Across many organizations, AI tools and the knowledge to use them effectively are often confined to specialized teams, which not only limits the technology's potential impact but also places a significant financial burden when considering an organization-wide AI deployment. Limited access coupled with the high costs associated with enterprise-scale rollouts through LLM vendors can stall innovation and restrict productivity growth.
Solution: Team-GPT tackles this challenge head-on by offering a scalable solution that democratizes access to advanced AI tools across the entire enterprise. Moreover, by employing a pay-for-usage pricing model, Team-GPT ensures that companies with large user bases are not hamstrung by prohibitive costs. This approach allows enterprises of all sizes to implement AI solutions economically, ensuring that every employee can benefit from AI capabilities, thus maximizing return on investment and driving forward the AI transformation.
Pain: Vendor lock-in
When using AI, companies often face problems with having to stick to one seller (OpenAI or Google) and finding the best large language model (LLM) for their own needs. A common type of AI model may not give the best results and might limit a company's ability to adapt to new tasks and goals.
Solution: Team-GPT solves this by not sticking to one AI model. It lets you choose from many different AI models, including those owned by the company or made just for them. This gives companies the chance to find the best AI help for any job, making them more efficient and providing a personal AI experience.
Pain: Measuring the Success of AI Adoption
Without clear metrics, it is challenging for organizations to track and optimize the adoption and impact of AI within their operations.
Solution: Team-GPT provides comprehensive reporting tools to measure AI engagement and utilization, aiding in the evaluation and enhancement of AI strategies within the enterprise.
