We will write a paragraph with speech marks, capital letters, full stops, commas correctly.

WALT: Use descriptive words to give our reader a clear image of what we are writing about.

How will you know you have learned to do this?

We will write a story with lots of juicy words describing our superhero.

WALT: write a descriptive narrative (paints a picture in the reader's mind)

How will you know you have learned to do this?

We will write a story which has juicy words and has paragraphs in this order:�1. Characters & Setting�2. Problem�3. Solution

WALT: group ideas into simple paragraphs.

How will you know you have learned to do this?

We will know we have learned this when we can write stories with all the same ideas grouped into paragraphs.

WALT: add detail to simple sentences

How will you know you have learned to do this?

We will know we have learned this when we make simple sentences into sentences which give more information and are more interesting.

WALT: write an interesting recount by adding detail to the end of our sentences.

How will you know you have learned to do this?

We will know we have learned this when we make our sentences interesting by adding detail and information to the end.

We will know we have learned this when we write a story which has at least two different endings.
