2. Increase access to primary health care for children under the age of 10.
3. Ensure that farmers get good and fair prices for their produce.
= By 2023, ensure that 50% of the community is regularly volunteering.
�= By 2023, ensure that all children under 10 living in X have completed all their vaccinations.
= By 2023, register 70% farmers in Y and supply them with daily market rates.
