  • Scoring criteria can follow ROC’s Region of the Year:
    • Annual Report
    • Social Media Activity (FB and LinkedIn)
    • Microsite customization
  • SAC will meet in Oct 2025 to review reports and score Chapters
    • Sep 2025: all reports are due
  • Award:
    • Possible allowance toward travel of 2 volunteers to Geo Week (pending Board budget approval)
    • Banner to display
    • SC of the Year logo to put on their website, etc.
    • Poster featured at Geo Week with SC of the Year recognition

Geo Week 2025 Volunteers Application

  • Application for student volunteers opens on October 1 and closes October 31
  • 6 volunteer vacancies
  • Student Chapter members have preference
  • 2 volunteers per school unless the vacancies cannot be filled
  • ASPRS covers shared hotel room, full conference registration, and $75 cash for incidentals
  • Volunteers responsible for transportation to/from the conference
