Process and Promotions
Pastors will have to run the program in their Church Facebook Page / Zoom Room / Whatsapp Group (invite church members to watch the videos together and discuss about the video clip) Videos uploaded in personal profiles or on Youtube channels alone won’t be counted as a program. FCBH South Asia will boost the videos in official FCBH channels, as well as partner Youtube channels for the campaign.
Pastors running the campaign on Zoom, could screen share Christmas/Easter videos from the FCBH channels or from own channels, and do the discussion.
Pastors running the campaign on their Church Facebook pages can share/cross post/upload the videos from FCBH page to their own pages, and do the discussion.
Pastors running the campaign on Gospel Films app will have to download the app and select the “LUMO Christmas/Easter Film in your language” and ask his church members to watch the videos and do the discussion over Whatsapp/Signal/Telegram groups.
Timeline
Implementation models - Facebook/Zoom/Bible App

one day per week program
7/4 continuous days program in the Holy week.
One hour/30 mts continuous program could be on Christmas/Easter day.
Reporting
Pastors who conducted Digital Programs are encouraged to submit reports within 10 days after the program.
Option 1 - Using Zoom/Google Meet
Select the Christmas/Easter Films from FCBH channels or upload the videos to your own Facebook page or Youtube channel (http://tiny.cc/SA-Facebook or http://tiny.cc/SA-Youtube)
Schedule a Zoom/Google Meet meeting (one or more) during the Christmas week.
Watch the Christmas/Easter Film in your selected language in the meeting together.
Discuss about the video in the group using head, hands, heart model.
Take screenshots of the Zoom meeting, and attach that along with your report.

Option 2 - Using Facebook
Share/Cross post the Christmas/Easter Films from FCBH channels or upload the videos to your own Facebook page (not personal Facebook profile) (http://tiny.cc/SA-Facebook) https://www.faithcomesbyhearing.com/request-a-film
Share the links of the video with your church members/participants through Whatsapp/Signal/Telegram.
Watch the Christmas/Easter Film in your selected language. Discuss about the video as comments to the Facebook video or through Whatsapp/Signal/Telegram groups using head, hands, heart model.
Take screenshots of the video clips in your Facebook page as well as comments and discussions in the group, and attach that along with your report.

Option 3 - Using Bible App+WA Group
Download “Gospel Films (South Asia)” / “Christmas is in the Heart” / “Easter is the Cross” Bible App from Google Play Store (http://tiny.cc/GF-App)
Create a Whatsapp/Signal/Telegram group for your church members/participants or use an existing group.
Select the Christmas/Easter Film in your selected language from the app menu.
Watch the video clips and ask the participants also the watch the video clips.
Discuss about the video in the group using head, hands, heart model.
Take screenshots of discussions in the group as well as people using the app, and attach that along with your report.

Option 4 - Using YouVersion Bible App
Download “YouVersion Bible App” from Google Play Store/Apple Store (https://www.bible.com/app)
Subscribe the “Christmas is in the Heart” (https://qrco.de/XMAS-YV) or the “Easter is the Cross” (https://qrco.de/EASTER-YV) plan in your language. Use the “Plan with friends” feature and invite your friends or church members to the plan and encourage them to do the plan with you.
Watch the video clips as per the daily plan (4 day or 8 day) and discuss using head, hands, heart model. (‘Talk it over’ section in the app or Whatsapp groups). Take screenshots of discussions and plan completion screen from the app, and attach that along with your report.

Questions
Where can I get the videos for the program? FCBH National Director/Coordinator will share the links with you. (See links on Slide #1)
Who will decide the implementation model for my church? YOU! Select the one which suits your church the best - consult with your FCBH National Director/Coordinator for any assistance.
Do my report need to have screen shots from the work that was done on Zoom, Facebook or Bible.is? YES, we need photos/screenshots of the program to be uploaded in the report.
Do I need to email the report to FCBH? NO, just fill out the simple report form which will be shared with you.
Questions
Can I use my Youtube channel alone for this campaign? NO, we need discussion happening after watching the video, so you can’t use ONLY Youtube channel for this campaign. If your group can watch the video in Youtube and do discussion over Whatsapp or Zoom, that could be counted as a program. Also we can boost the videos uploaded in your Youtube channel.
How can I use Bible.is/GBA for this campaign? Download the Bible.is app or Global Bible App (GBA) on your phone (link will be shared by FCBH Coordinator) and encourage your church members to do it. Watch the Christmas videos from the link provided by your FCBH Coordinator and do the discussion using Whatsapp or messengers.
Can I use my personal Facebook profile for this campaign? NO, we won’t be able to crosspost/boost the videos so you can’t use your personal profile. We prefer to have a Facebook Page (your page or churches page) for this campaign.
