Weekly Eligibility: A student must not be failing (receiving a grade of F) in two subjects per week on the eligibility check. A student in violation will be ineligible to participate in any activity for the next full week.

Daily Eligibility: A student who does not attend school all day on the day of a game will be ineligible to participate. Tardiness or absence due to emergency or religious reasons MUST BE CLEARED by the schools principal prior to participation. Unexcused tardiness after 7:50 am at the high school or 8:30 am at the middle school may result in unexcused absences and ineligibility to participate on that day.

Day of Game Routines

​

All players will report home after school on the day of home and away games and be expected to return back to the school prior to catching the bus.

​

Player’s may sign out after an away game to ride home with their parent(s). Parents are only allowed to sign out their daughter.

​

If other arrangements need to be made, they must be made in advance and approved by either Athletic Director Jason Osborne (josborne@miamisburg.k12.oh.us) or Jason Shade (jshade@miamisburg.k12.oh.us)
