Communication Skills: Expressing Intense Emotions

What is the Bottom line:

The main idea is to help us understand our feelings better and learn how to talk about them in a good way. We'll learn how to calm down when we feel upset, talk about our feelings without hurting others, listen carefully when someone else is upset, and understand how our body language can show how we feel. We'll also learn how to solve problems and make things better when we have disagreements.
