I’ve taught 7th grade for 9 years. I currently teach Algebra. I love teaching! I have 2 college age children (and a puppy). My son is a Musician studying in Nashville and my daughter is getting a Masters in Accounting. I’m a shamelessly proud mom. I love to garden, bike, hike, snow ski, travel with friends and watch netflix.
When my children were young I knew a great deal about technology, which impressed them. Now I DON”T impress them! I want to catch up!

I help teachers integrate technology in grades K-5. I have taught for 25 years, beginning with high school computer programming and algebra, moving to middle school computer and lower school computer, and now technology integration.
I enjoy the beach, hiking, gym workouts, and knitting. This year my two children are graduating, one from college and the other from high school. Big year! Almost an empty nester!

I was born in Tampa and went to college in North Carolina for adventure and change of seasons. I tutored through my years of being a banker, institutional stock broker and trader. I knew I wanted to go back to school when I started finding subs for my tennis league matches so I could take a long term sub position at our son’s school. I taught 4th grade for 5 years. This year I am teaching 6th and 7th grade math and pre-algebra. Math has always been my true love, but I am also an avid reader. I enjoy fishing, snorkeling, golfing, traveling, and watching the Rays with my family. Our two grandsons keep us busy as well.
With 4 of my 6 favorite boys! It may look like I am short(5’9”), but our shortest son is 6’5”!

Aside from computers, I am a fan of Boston sports teams (Celtics,, Patriots, Red Sox) and enjoy math, chess and going to the movies with my wife. The two of us now live in Manhattan but spent 20 years of our lives in Boston. We have two kids now grown up but the four of us lived in Boston from 1981 to 2002. I have no grandchildren but I do have a grand-dog named Brady pictured above.
