Financial Learnings Committee Update

November 28^th, 2023

• To collaborate with 3-4 key local stakeholder organizations including foundations, NGOs, financial research organizations, local Credit Unions, and others to research and determine top 2 drivers of the financial wealth gap for women in San Mateo County.
• To share a preliminary report and gather community input at our March 2024 RISE Conference.
• To deliver a final report with recommendations regarding how to address this gap to the SMC Board of Supervisors.
