Physical Education Classroom Expectations

*Assignments must be completed by the due date.

*There will be activity assignments that need to be completed for various exercises such as fitness workouts, strength exercises, yoga, and cardio days.

*There are worksheets that deal with sports, wellness, and health related topics that focus on fitness.

*Every student will complete a fitness test that involves running the mile, push-ups, curl-ups, and exercises that measure their muscular strength & Flexibility.

Interesting Facts about Mrs. Taylor

I have been a teacher for thirty years in the field of Physical education and health, and I have been teaching at Grove City High School since 2004 in the physical education department. I love teaching here!

About Ms. Thomas

I have been teaching Health and Physical Education for 19 years. I have been at Grove City High School since 2008. I love teaching here at GCHS! I enjoy hanging out with my 2 daughters, coaching softball, and working out at the YMCA.

I am also the Key Club Advisor. Key Club is a student-lead club that performs community service projects in our school, Grove City, and other areas of Franklin County.
