At about $35 for adults and $12 for children, your first stop in London should be this most historic location. This landmark has been standing for over 900 years, and has served as a palace, a prison, and a zoo! The Tower is open to tourists from 9am until 6pm year round.
Madame Tussaud’s
Get up close and personal with British royalty- kind of. Adults can get into this museum full of life-like wax figures for about $50 and children’s admission $40. Although the price seems steep, you can take selfies with the likes of Lady Gaga, Shakespeare, and hundreds more! Madame Toussaud’s is open from 9:30-5:30 daily.
Trattoria Raffaele
While there are thousands of street vendors selling hot food and snacks on the streets of London, it’s important to get a cooked meal after all of your sight-seeing. Trattoria Raffaele boasts that they serve the best pizza in the city, and the critic’s agree! Stop in anytime between 12 and 4 on Sundays, and between 5pm and 10pm on weekdays. Enjoy pizza, pasta, and an array of delicious appetizers and side dishes for $15-40.
