We are going to show you around some of the features of the data. If your school has completed the sync you can follow along looking at your own data if not stick with us on the screens we show you.
While we are presenting think about the data and reports that would be most helpful for you. Hopefully what we show you will align with that. If not we will have time at the end for you to ask Julie how to generate that information.
Logging in
Use the icon link to go to

If you haven’t logged in before use log in with google.
One of the team will then allocate you to your school.
EdPotential Updates: Secondary
Once you are logged in use the menu in the top right to go to Student Reports.
NCEA Results
Select an individual student and you will be able to see the following data
Certifications and Qualifications
Approved Subjects
Grades
Using filters
Filter by Year 11 NCEA Students to see list of students who have not attained literacy.
Credit Count
Use the credit count to check students are on track to attain the credits needed towards their current level.
