How We Hold This Space

We come to this conversation as a diverse group of human beings. We come from culturally different experiences and geographies. We carry our histories, affiliations, and communities with us. We speak from our own personal experiences and understand that those experiences may vary from one another.

We respect each other’s values, traditions, and perspectives. We respect experiences as valid information and value all voices and perspectives. We show up as our authentic and whole selves. We refer to folx using their preferred gender pronouns reflected in their Zoom profiles. We seek clarification when needed.

We treat this space as a sensitive and confidential container. We ask that nothing that is shared privately be repeated publicly or in any way that would compromise the identity of any participant. Recordings will only be replayed by the Impact Visionary team.

We come together in service of advancing wellbeing at each BUILD organization. We care for ourselves in any way we need and prioritize our wellbeing throughout the session.
