Master Goal:

Carbon Neutral by 2040 – All Scopes

Interim Targets (reductions from 2018-19 baseline):

25% by 2025 = 10,702 MTCO2E
60% by 2030 = 5,708 MTCO2E
85% by 2035 = 2,140 MTCO2E
100% by 2040 = 0 MTCO2E

Goals of the Bill:

Reduce organic waste disposal 50% by 2020 and 75% by 2025.
Rescue for people to eat at least 20% of currently disposed surplus food by 2025.
