Each graduate will receive one (1) parking pass and will park in Student Parking - �Deck #3. �Follow the signs.
All guests will park in the front lot. Parking will be $15 - no cash.
Students Park in Deck #3
Graduates will park on levels 4, 5, 6. You will check in on level 3 and pass through metal detectors before entering the arena.
Safety Measures at the Arena:
Graduates arrive 6:30 AM
We WILL have the traditional processional AND recess up the stairs and out of the arena to meet your family.
Graduate CHECK IN
Please arrive no later than 6:30 to check in. Once you are checked in, you will find your name on your seat on the Arena floor. At 7:25, we will exit into the hallway until the ceremony begins.
When you enter the security checkpoint, come with your graduation gown over your arm, cap & keys in your hand.�
You may not have anything else with you - no phone, etc.��Any additional items will be confiscated & you can pick them up from NFHS on 5/18.�
We will be processing into the arena and recessing up the stairs and out of the arena. Staff will direct you to start recessing out of the arena. You will exit out of section 100 in two lines.
You will meet your family outside of the main entrance of the arena. There will be flags to indicate where students should meet their families by last name.
Ceremony Reminders
Students should ONLY bring in their keys. ��The following are specifically prohibited:��
Purses
Cell Phones
Garment bags
Extra Shoes
Noise Makers
Signs
Any other items that can be distracting during the graduation such as sunglasses, etc.
Any prohibited item will be collected, and you can pick it up on Monday, 5/18 at NFHS.
Students and guests will pass through metal detectors.
You or your family may NOT bring balloons, beach balls, signs, noise-makers of any kind into the Arena - Security will escort you out of the building.
YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DECORATE YOUR CAP!
Approved/School Sponsored Regalia is all that can be worn.
Guests are NOT allowed on the floor at any time.
LIST OF PROHIBITED ITEMS�PER GAS SOUTH ARENA: �Gas South Arena management reserves the right to prohibit any item, including items not listed above, from entering the premises based on any specific show requirements.��
Weapons of any kind
No bags, backpacks, briefcases, or purses larger than 14" x 14" x 6".
Electronic devices larger than a cell phone (e.g. Laptops, iPads or other tablets)
Cameras with detachable lenses
Video cameras, including GoPro cameras and audio recording devices
Selfie-sticks
Signs on sticks or oversized signs (no larger than 8 1/2" x 11")
No coolers or outside food or beverage
Smoking of any kind, including but not limited to tobacco, vapor or e-cigarettes
Illegal drugs
Laser pointers�Mace or pepper spray
Spiked or studded jewelry
Full facial coverings, like masks
Apparel with explicit wording or pictures

THINGS TO NOTE:
Once students exit Gas South Arena, they will not be allowed to re-enter.
Graduates will recess out of the Arena and meet their families under the designated flags separated by last name outside at the front entrance of the Arena.
