Acquisitions Refresh

Rebuilding the foundation of library selecting, ordering, and financial management.

Why the Redesign?

Modernizing workflows to better serve complex consortial needs, eliminate manual workarounds, and introduce robust purchasing capabilities.

Two Core Tracks

A multi-year phased rollout rebuilding the core system with modular components, while maintaining "Classic Acquisitions" to ensure total operational continuity.

Key Objectives

Transitioning to standardized terminology, introducing dedicated ledgers and funds, splitting receipting from invoicing, and deploying widget-based dashboard.
