To input data into Excel cells:

1. Open Excel and select the cell where you want to input data.
2. Type the information directly into the cell.
3. Press Enter to confirm the input and move to the next cell.
4. Repeat for other cells as needed.

You can also copy and paste data into cells using Ctrl+V or the Paste option. Remember to save your workbook regularly.
