Ingredients
250g butter
½ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ cups white Sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup standard Grade Flour
1 tsp baking Powder

Line the baking tin with baking paper
Measure 1 ½ cups of sugar
Add 1tsp vanilla essence to the pan after the eggs.
Mix in the sifted flour after the vanilla.
Clean down the work surfaces
Put trolley away
Cut the brownie into squares

Measure 250g butter and melt it in a large saucepan
Mix the cocoa powder into the melted butter
Take off the heat and stir in the sugar
Pour mixture into the baking tin.
Wash all the equipment
Dust the cut brownies with icing sugar

Measure ½ cup of cocoa powder
Add the 4 eggs to the pan (after the cocoa powder and sugar) and mix well
Measure 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder - sift them together
Dry the equipment and put on the trolley
Collect the cooked brownie
