  • 250g butter
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • 1 ½ cups white Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 cup standard Grade Flour
  • 1 tsp baking Powder

Team Member 1

  • Line the baking tin with baking paper
  • Measure 1 ½ cups of sugar
  • Add 1tsp vanilla essence to the pan after the eggs.
  • Mix in the sifted flour after the vanilla.
  • Clean down the work surfaces
  • Put trolley away
  • Cut the brownie into squares

Team Member 2

  • Measure 250g butter and melt it in a large saucepan
  • Mix the cocoa powder into the melted butter
  • Take off the heat and stir in the sugar
  • Pour mixture into the baking tin.
  • Wash all the equipment
  • Dust the cut brownies with icing sugar

Team Member 3

  • Measure ½ cup of cocoa powder
  • Add the 4 eggs to the pan (after the cocoa powder and sugar) and mix well
  • Measure 1 cup flour and 1 tsp baking powder - sift them together
  • Dry the equipment and put on the trolley
  • Collect the cooked brownie
