Activation
Select Log In
Locate the app on your device
Enter your eXp email addres: first.lastname@expaustralia.com.au
Select Log In
Select Continue
Remember to use your eXp credentials

You can receive notification from WorkPlace, click Allow
WorkPlace Chat
You can install WorkPlace chat on your mobile device
Access for WorkChat is exactly the same as Workplace, both installation and access
eXp Email Setup (Laptop/Desktop)
Step 1. If opening Outlook for the first time you’ll see image. If already using Outlook please click “File” then select +Add Account. Enter your eXp email address, click “Advance Options” and click “Let me set up my account manually, then click “Connect”
How do I set up Outlook (Windows only, other email providers see further down)
Step 2. If a Google sign-in screen appears, click the “X” in the upper right, then click it again when it reappears.

Note: You will see the screen below telling you something went wrong, select “Change Account Settings”

If you DID NOT get the Google Sign-In screen, click “IMAP”
Step 3. Enter the following information for the IMAP Settings:
Incoming mail server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port: 143
Outgoing mail server:
mail.expglobal.partners
Port: 587
Click NEXT

Step 4. Enter the password you have set.
Click CONNECT or OK

Step 5. Outlook will prepare and connect to your new email account
In order to set up other email options such as iOS, OSX and Android use the built-in email application on the device to set up an IMAP email account with below the server information
Incoming mail server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port: 143
Encryption Method: STARTTLS
Outgoing mail server:
mail.expglobal.partners
Port: 587
Encryption Method: STARTTLS
**If you don’t have the option of selecting the port number, it may be necessary to enter the server as follows:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners:143
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners: 587
Other Email Set Up Options
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Setting, then Passwords & Accounts
Tap Add Account, tap Other, then tap Add Mail Account
Name: Your name
Email: first.lastname@yourcountrydomain.com
Password: Your eXp email password
Description: anything you like, nobody will see this except you
Tap Next, Then on the next screen, select IMAP, then under both Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server, these should be the same.
Host Name: mail.expglobal.partners
Username: your eXp email address
Password: your eXp email password

Extra information!
If you do not have the option to select the port number you may have to enter the server names as follows:
Incoming mail server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port: 143
Outgoing mail server:
mail.expglobal.partners

Depending on the model of phone, if at any point in the configuration of your mail, it asks you for Encryption method, this is STARTTLS
eXp World Intercom
You can connect to eXp World from your mobile device using only the microphone or intercom, it will allow you to be in meetings or trainings without using your avatar.

Important note:
It is necessary to enter the world for the first time through a computer as it will not properly configure mobile device access.
Choosing a room!
You can choose the room in which you want to be connected. You have access to the most meeting rooms, including eXp World Auditorium, Global Operations, etc.
*At this point of time you will not be able to have the complete eXp World experience.
