D5 - Overview

  • Located in between a small village, mining village, and lumber mill.

Location

  • Western riverbank and mining area, with not much vegetation. This tile has no major points of interest, but rather multiple small and medium-sized settlements that are scattered around. This tile has a railway as well as a big road running through it.

D5 - POIs (1/2)

  • Small road stop with 3-5 buildings max. These storage buildings were mostly built by settlers to store materials for building the nearby villages.

1. Small road stop (small)

  • Small lumberjack settlements, with some cabins and storage buildings. Some logs are temporarily stored in clumps alongside the road.

2/3. Lumberjack settlement (small-medium)

  • Small fishing town, settled next to the river. It was built up high to prevent being affected by floods

4. Fishing village (medium)

  • As more and more families ventured further south, this village was established as a new connection point between western lands to the north, and boreal forest to the south

5. Western village (medium-large)

  • Small mining area, with thrash left behind by the workers. Some loot can be found in these areas.

6. Small quarry (small)

  • Small lumberjack settlement with some residential houses and a storage building
