Once you attach something to the assignment….

Students can view:

They cannot edit, only view! This is good for directions or a shared reading, etc.

Students can edit:

ALL of the students can edit that ONE file. This is good for collaborative/group work.

Make a copy for each student:

Every student gets their own copy with their name on it. They can turn it in when finished. You can see all their work.

  1. Assign (post right then),�

*Please Note* You cannot schedule an assignment if you are assigning to more than one class. You can only save draft or have to schedule them all individually

Having topics in your Google Classroom is a great way to stay organized and keep the students organized!

You can have topics by week/dates or units of study, up to you!

You can easily give grades in google classroom and then copy and paste your grades into Genesis!

  1. A new to-do widget on the Classes page will help students see what’s coming up, what’s missing, and what’s been graded.
  2. Teachers will now be able to share a link to invite students to their class, which makes joining a class much easier.
  3. Teachers will be able to share an assignment with a link.
