論文海報發表須知與格式說明

論文經審查接受以「海報」形式發表者，請依以下格式說明製作海報，並參閱最後一頁範例。

​

一、海報規格

• 尺寸：A1直式(約寬 594 mm × 高 841 mm)，方向為「直向」
• 底色以淡色系為宜
• 海報左上角須標明「論文編號」，如海報範例所示
• 建議字體大小至少 40pt 以上
• 使用高解析度圖表
• 請勿更動範例上方研討會標題圖示

二、海報內容

必須包含論文題目、作者姓名與單位，內容可包括但不限於：精簡摘要、研究背景與目的、研究方法、結果與結論等。

三、海報布置

• 發表人請自行列印海報攜至會場，並於 115 年 11 月 7 日(六)下午 1 點前完成報到與海報布置。
• 會場將提供海報架與張貼用具，地點請見大會網站。
• 每位發表人需於指定海報場次進行 2 分鐘口頭報告，大會將由場次主持人評選出「最佳海報獎」。

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Authors whose papers have been accepted for presentation in the poster format are requested to prepare their posters in accordance with the following guidelines. A sample poster is provided on the following page for reference.

1. Poster Specifications

• Poster size: A1 portrait (approximately 841 mm in height × 594 mm in width).
• The poster must be designed in portrait orientation.
• A light-colored background is recommended.
• The assigned paper identification number must be displayed in the upper-left corner of the poster, as shown in the sample poster.
• A font size of at least 40 pt is recommended.
• All figures, charts, tables, photographs, and other visual materials must be printed in high resolution to ensure clear visibility.
• The conference title graphics appearing at the top of the poster template must not be modified, moved, removed, or replaced.

2. Poster Content

The poster must include the following information:

• Paper title
• Full names of all authors
• Complete institutional affiliations
• A concise presentation of the paper content, may include, but is not limited to, the following sections:
• Abstract
• Introduction
• Methodology
• Results
• Conclusion

3. Poster Setup and Presentation

• Presenters are responsible for printing their posters and bringing them to the conference venue. Registration and poster setup must be completed before 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 7, 2026.
• Poster stands and mounting materials will be provided at the venue. Please refer to the conference website for the location.
• Each presenter is required to give a 2-minute oral presentation during the designated poster session. The session chair will select the recipient(s) of the Best Poster Award.
