Stay Sane and Game Insane

Executive Summary

• Making these games more easier to adapt and learn especially for people new to gaming
• 2 Games: Diablo IV and Lost Ark - both are adventure games with appealing graphics that keeps the game intriguing to play and watch
• Recommendation 1- Mobalytics should focus on player’s intentions when playing the games
• Recommendation 2- The most common player requests on forums are game reactions and tips/tricks
• Recommendation 3- Making the games more friendly for new gamers / more tutorials and tips and tricks for the games at the beginning

Diablo IV

• I chose to play this game because the cover looked very interesting and intriguing, it caught my eye and attention
• Profiles: beginner
• Motivation: exploration, learning how to game
• Gameplay & Performance: adjusting/learning how to play game, spamming buttons to observe and see how the game works, visual learner
• Community: online communities talk about their game progress and help answer questions about the game
• Resources: since these are online games, they play on their computers/devices/monitors

Lost Ark

• I chose to play this game because the cover of the game looked like there was a lot going on and it made the game look very interesting to me
• Profiles: beginner
• Motivation: exploration, learning how to game
• Gameplay & Performance: seeing how others play the game, playing with intention of having fun, not as much for competitive/winning
• Community: online communities share their skill and knowledge of the games
• Resources: played on computers/monitors/devices as they are free online games

Bring Light to a New Community

• Recommendation help/aimed to help beginners in the gaming community
• Mobalytics should take this to their advantage and help focus on the new people gaming to help attract a new crowd to expand the gaming community
• They should focus on the player’s intentions when playing games, whether it is winning or having a good time
• They should also give tips and tricks to help ensure their support when playing the games
• They should also make more tutorials that are easy to understand and follow along

Becoming a gamer is not easy, there is a lot that goes to the process behind it

Make the games easier/more beginner friendly while still having it challenging and intriguing to advanced gamers
