Attendance.
Warm Up- Relative Motion
You are in a train going 200 m/s. A pedestrian is jogging parallel to the tracks at 4 m/s. What is the motion of the pedestrian w.r.t. the train?
Main Activity- Solve Problems
Take 10 minutes
Main Activity- Solve a calculus based question
Take 5 minutes
Main Activity- Fun question
King Richard I Plantagenet (known as the “Lionheart”) is surveying the destruction his army has caused after the Siege of Limousin, when a 15- year old soldier fires an arrow at him from the top of a battlement. The arrow weighs 0.5 kg, and is fired at -45 degrees to the horizontal, which is the same angle the shooter makes with Richard the Lionheart. The crossbow bolt strikes King Richard I, who was at ground level 40 m away from the shooter. What speed was the bolt fired with if it took 2 seconds to reach the King?

=> Any questions? Ask now, and I can help you out. Can be over anything regarding the course.
-Explain relative velocities briefly.
-When is speed 0 if a ball is thrown outwards?
-What is the horizontal velocity when a ball is thrown at 60 degrees with speed 50 ft/s.
-What is acceleration if velocity is 15sin(3x)
-What is position when velocity is 15x^2?
-How many cm in one inch?
-What are the 3 kinematic equations?
