James 雅各书 1:2-4
2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
2 我的弟兄们，你们落在百般试炼中，都要以为大喜乐， 3 因为知道，你们的信心经过试验就生忍耐。 4 但忍耐也当成功，使你们成全、完备，毫无缺欠。
2 Corinthians 哥林多后书 4:1-6
1 Therefore, since through God’s mercy we have this ministry, we do not lose heart. 2 Rather, we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God. On the contrary, by setting forth the truth plainly we commend ourselves to everyone’s conscience in the sight of God. 3 And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. 4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.
1 我们既然蒙怜悯，受了这职分，就不丧胆， 2 乃将那些暗昧可耻的事弃绝了，不行诡诈，不谬讲神的道理，只将真理表明出来，好在神面前把自己荐于各人的良心。 3 如果我们的福音蒙蔽，就是蒙蔽在灭亡的人身上。 4 此等不信之人被这世界的神弄瞎了心眼，不叫基督荣耀福音的光照着他们；基督本是神的像。
2 Corinthians 哥林多后书 4:1-6
5 For what we preach is not ourselves, but Jesus Christ as Lord, and ourselves as your servants for Jesus’ sake. 6 For God, who said, “Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.
5 我们原不是传自己，乃是传基督耶稣为主，并且自己因耶稣做你们的仆人。 6 那吩咐光从黑暗里照出来的神，已经照在我们心里，叫我们得知神荣耀的光显在耶稣基督的面上。
2 Corinthians 哥林多后书 4:7-12
7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us. 8 We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; 9 persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed. 10 We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body. 11 For we who are alive are always being given over to death for Jesus’ sake, so that his life may also be revealed in our mortal body. 12 So then, death is at work in us, but life is at work in you.
7 我们有这宝贝放在瓦器里，要显明这莫大的能力是出于神，不是出于我们。 8 我们四面受敌，却不被困住；心里作难，却不致失望； 9 遭逼迫，却不被丢弃；打倒了，却不致死亡； 10 身上常带着耶稣的死，使耶稣的生也显明在我们身上。 11 因为我们这活着的人是常为耶稣被交于死地，使耶稣的生在我们这必死的身上显明出来。 12 这样看来，死是在我们身上发动，生却在你们身上发动。
2 Corinthians 哥林多后书 4:7-12
3 It is written: “I believed; therefore I have spoken.” Since we have that same spirit of faith, we also believe and therefore speak, 14 because we know that the one who raised the Lord Jesus from the dead will also raise us with Jesus and present us with you to himself. 15 All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.
13 但我们既有信心，正如经上记着说：“我因信，所以如此说话”，我们也信，所以也说话。 14 自己知道那叫主耶稣复活的，也必叫我们与耶稣一同复活，并且叫我们与你们一同站在他面前。 15 凡事都是为你们，好叫恩惠因人多越发加增，感谢格外显多，以致荣耀归于神。
2 Corinthians 哥林多后书 4:16-18
16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. 17 For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. 18 So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.
16 所以我们不丧胆，外体虽然毁坏，内心却一天新似一天。 17 我们这至暂至轻的苦楚，要为我们成就极重无比、永远的荣耀。 18 原来我们不是顾念所见的，乃是顾念所不见的，因为所见的是暂时的，所不见的是永远的。
