New Patient Registration

User inputs the patient's registration details and then clicks “Register Patient”
The interstitial page then appears displaying potential duplicates based on matching name, gender, and age/DOB.

Note: We should make make the duplicate detection fields fully customizable to allow implementations to configure exactly which patient attributes are displayed based on their specific workflow and privacy requirements.

The user reviews the potential duplicates with the basic identifying information shown to determine if any might be a match.
The user can expand the accordion —as shown in the third mockup—to view full patient details.
