How to Install FHS Dashboard

  • Open Google Chrome and Navigate to: bit.ly/FHSdash23
  • Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner.
  • Click on “More Tools” then “Create Shortcut.”
  • Name it FHS Dashboard, click on “Open as Window.”
  • Press “Create.”
  • A new icon will appear on your desktop
  • Right click on the icon and select “properties.”
  • In a new tab, go to bit.ly/install2324

  • Public notes – Posted to StudentVUE and ParentVUE
  • Private notes – Only the teachers/Administrators can see

  • Missing – Z*
  • Exempt – X*
  • Absent - Q
  • Turned in Late – L
  • Grade Revision Pending – V
  • Submitted – T
  • Floor Grade - R

What if a student does not submit work?

Enter Code into Gradebook (only missing will transfer from Schoology):

  • Z – missing
  • Q – Absent

Enter communication:

  • Public Notes (add new deadline)
  • Email through Phoenix

What if work is ungraded?

Depending on the circumstance:

  • Assignment can be marked as “Not for Grading.”
  • Enter “E” for Exempt.
  • Enter “T” for Submitted.
  • Enter “Q” for Absent on Due Date.
