eRD6 / Saclay simulation tool choices

  • Simulation Tool: Fun4All for Gaseous Detector simulation for the Yellow Report
  • Detector design: current ePHENIX detector implementation as our baseline simulation detector
    • we will seek help from the software group to add missing detector technologies geometries
    • Also will try to have digitization, tracking as much as possible
  • Magnetic field: 1.5T and 3T both expected to be available soon
