Transition, Grief, Debriefing, Mentor Coaching

Ruth Leatherman is a Professional Coach with over 40 years’ experience working alongside cross-cultural workers around the world. As a seasoned homecare/hospice nurse, I have had opportunities to encourage, mentor and teach patients and families through the years. This helping role has been very satisfying, but coaching brings an even greater joy as I am invited into people’s stories and have the privilege of coming alongside and helping them explore, look at motivation and dreams as well as what might be blocking progress toward goals. I love being able to walk with people in the transformation process. Helping new coaches to grow in confidence and practice also gives me great joy.

My life purpose is to demonstrate God’ s heart for freedom coming alongside those who are uncertain, fearful and need hope offering encouragement and connection to resources for experiencing God’ s love and care.”
