AFFORDABLE ELECTRIC VEHICLES FOR ALL: Invest $10.1 billion to transition to zero-emission vehicles, including electric school buses to protect our students’ health and funds to build an accessible charging network in communities across the state.

With $315M of this for ports and additional funding in the transportation budget INCREASE AND MODERNIZE GOODS MOVEMENT & PORTS: General Fund for port-specific projects that increase goods movement capacity on rail and roadways at port terminals, including railyard expansions, new bridges, and zero-emission modernization.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: Invest $13.8 billion to build cleaner, faster and more accessible public transportation while also funding walking, biking and adaptation projects.
ACCELERATE CLEAN ENERGY PROJECTS: $2.9B dedicated funding clean energy technologies like offshore wind, long duration energy storage, industrial decarbonization and green hydrogen while providing a new streamlined permitting for clean energy projects.
HIRE A MASSIVE CLEAN ENERGY WORKFORCE: Invest $315 million to provide training and education for workers to attain new, clean jobs and plug orphan oil wells.
BOLSTER CLIMATE EDUCATION: Invest $723 million for California’s higher education institutions and research that will support the next generation of climate innovations.
