You can pay via Bank transfer, GCash or Credit Card (online via PayMaya). Cash transactions are NOT allowed. All payments must be settled prior to pickup or delivery. Prices are inclusive of VAT.

Do you deliver?

Yes, delivery service is available with a minimal fee for Metro Manila (some restrictions apply due to Quarantine Restrictions). You may also opt to pick up your orders at our main store. Our business hours

How long should I place my orders?

Typically, most of the items available in the online store are ready for delivery or pickup. Due to the volume of orders, please wait for the confirmation of availability.

How do we reheat food items?

*All items are best consumed immediately. Please keep refrigerated if not consumed within four (4) hours. Avoid transporting, storing, and keeping in hot areas or in direct sunlight.

Salu Salo (Food Trays) and SARILE (Packed Meals) are either prepared CHILLED or HOT-UPON

Cusina (Food To Go) products are mostly packed FROZEN

OVEN

Place the aluminum container in the baking oven and follow reheating instructions indicated on the box.

MICROWAVE

Transfer the food item to a microwaveable container before reheating, heat for about 8-10 mins or until desired temperature is attained.

STOVETOP

Transfer in a preheated pot or pan and heat in medium fire for 4 minutes or until just heated through.

Beef/Pork (sliced)

  • Preheat Oven at 350°F
  • Reheat for 5-10 minutes
  • Check until reheated through

Pork Crackling (sliced/whole)

Oven

  • Preheat Oven at Medium/High Heat or until 350°F
  • Place in oven tray and heat for 5-10 minutes or until reheated through

Stovetop

  • Using pan or deep fryer, preheat oil for 3-4 minutes
  • Heat for 1-2 minutes on both sides or until desired temperature is attaine

Porchetta with Truffle Rice

  • Cover the side of the tray that has vegetables with aluminum foil
  • Re-heat in the oven for 20 mins. at 375°F
  • Serve and enjoy!

Turkey (whole)

  • Preheat Oven at 350°F
  • Reheat for 8-10 minutes
  • Check until reheated through

Chicken (sliced/whole)

  • Preheat Oven at 350°F
  • Reheat for 5-10 minutes
  • Check until reheated through

  • Preheat Oven at 350°F
  • Reheat for 5-10 minutes

Chicken Finger

Thawing and Reheating:

  • Thaw the frozen chicken finger inside the refrigerator for 2-3 hours or at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Deep fry slices of chicken finger for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and immediately transfer the tenders to a wire rack to drain the excess oil.
  • Serve and enjoy!

DIY Pasta Box

PASTA

  • In a pot, boil about 4 to 6 liters of water or just enough to cover the pasta.
  • Boil for 7 to 9 minutes and add 1 to 2 tbsp salt.
  • Stir carefully and occasionally to avoid pasta from sticking together.
  • Test doneness from time to time.
  • Strain noodles using a colander.
  • Divide the pasta and mix separately with the 3 sauces.

PASTA SAUCE

Direct in sauce pan:

  • Thaw the sauce prior to reheating.
  • Using a saucepan, transfer the sauce and bring to a boil on a medium heat (10 to 15 minutes)
  • Stir occasionally and serve each sauce in three different mixing bowl

Reheating by submerging the pack:

  • Add water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Submerge the pack for 10-15 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan and serve each sauce in three different mixing bowl

Reheating in microwave:

  • Transfer in a microwavable container and re-heat for 3-5 mins.
  • Serve each sauce in three different mixing bowl

TOPPINGS (Seafood Mix, Roasted Chicken, Carbonara Toppings)

Direct in sauce pan:

  • In a saucepan, add a little oil.
  • Reheat the toppings on the saucepan for 3 to 4 mins.

Reheating by submerging the pack:

  • Add water to a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  • Submerge the pack for 10-15 minutes.

Reheating in microwave:

  • Transfer in a microwaveable container and reheat for 4-5 mins.
  • Top your pasta with your preferred topping
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve

  • Allow adequate time to thaw in refrigerator for 3-4 hours before reheating
  • Cook/Heat Immediately

MICROWAVE

  • Remove Label band and Puncture lid
  • Heat for 5 mins on Defrost Setting (Extend Heating Time if needed)
  • Cook/Heat Immediately

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

DIRECT HEAT

  • Transfer contents into a pan
  • Put on the stove on high heat and stir for 2-3 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy!

MICROWAVE

THAWING & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs or until thawed out or Submerge in water bath for 2-3 hrs
  • In a frying pan add 1-2 Tbsp, cook for 10-12 mins in a medium heat while mixing continuously until cooked

THAWING & HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Refrigerate for 3-4 hrs or until thawed out or Submerge in water bath for 2-3 hrs
  • In a frying pan, place the bacon tocino and add 1/2 cup water
  • Simmer for 1 minute in High Heat or until marinate and liquid evaporates. Mix continuously until cooked (*** Optional: Add 1 Tbsp Oil)

Thawing

  • Refrigerator - Transfer from freezer to chiller for 3-4 hrs.
  • Microwave - Place it in the microwave and set it into defrost setting and heat for 5 mins

Heating:

  • Transfer to Steamer and Steam for 5 - 10 minutes or until desired temp is achieved

Chicken Empanada

  • Loosen lid
  • Place it in the microwave and set it into defrost setting and heat for 5 mins
  • Transfer the empanadas to toaster oven tray & cover the top of empanada with foil
  • Toast for 3-4 minutes

Bangus Relleno

Thawing

  • Thaw for 1 hour under running water or inside refrigerator for 2-3 hrs
  • Cut Relleno into desired slices

Microwave
