Thanks For Playing

60 of 66

  • This is one of the most easy to set up games. You simply need to write the terms, people, etc in the text box
  • For each round you will need 7 terms

Directions(Set Up)

61 of 66

  • After the teams compete in the first round, you as the teacher should go over each of the terms. Here you can discuss how successful the teams were in their clues and also do any re-teaching
  • You will need to re-type each of the terms from the round in corresponding answer round, i.e. the term for Question 1should be repeated on Answer 1

Directions(Set Up)

62 of 66

  • There are three round included in this game.
  • Do not feel like you must stick with 3 rounds. You can do more or less to fit into your classroom
  • To add or remove a Round, go to the Slide Sorter view seen here and duplicate or remove slides

Directions(Set Up)

63 of 66

  • This is the final round but to be honest, many teachers prefer to not do this and only play the regular rounds
  • I too sometimes play this final round and sometimes leave it out
  • To create these slides you either make a Cloze sentence or hide an image behind dark gray box which will slowly revealthe image behind it

Directions – Frenzied Frazzle(Set Up)

64 of 66

  • I divide the class into 3 teams
  • For each round I have one team send up two players
    • You can change this up though, i.e. have 2 clue givers and 2 guessers
  • Instruct the givers they can not say any part of the word

Frenzied FrazzlePoints & instructions

  • The object of the Frenzied Frazzle is to solve seven slides
  • Some of these are Cloze sentences which have a word missing and others have a hidden image behind
  • Others are images that will slowly , you will need to double click the “Fill in the _____ sentence here” text box and type in your own sentence with one word removed.
  • To play the round each team will stand in a line and the teacher will start a timer, each player will try to answer the sentence, once they guess correctly they go to the back of the line, if they get it wrong they can pass. If the entire team can not answer it correctly they will be assessed a 3 second penalty
  • Compare all the times and the shortest time wins

1st - 10 points

2nd - 7 points

3rd - 5 points

  • I recommend having a student be your scorekeeper on a whiteboard like this
