"When it comes to distance learning there is one really important thing to remember. Experts say you cannot expect kids to get the same amount of work done that they can normally do at school. Students might be taking care of siblings, fixing food, taking care of a parent or relative. Things might be stressful, or distracting at home. There could be financial issues. If things aren't normal, we can’t expect normal from students, nor can districts expect normal from teachers." -David Theriault

Teachers do a great job of connecting with students every day. Some of you meet your students at the door, some of you hold small group meetings, and many have a unique way of meeting with learners.

This is just an alternative method to meeting with your students while they are not physically in your care.
