You can find us at the Erasmus office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10.00 AM to 12.00 AM. We are not supposed to meet you outside these time frames unless we did specifically call you.�

If you do not come to our offices in person or at the Welcome day, in order to complete your registration at the Faculty, please send us your boarding card and the certificate of arrival (or anything equivalent) by email!

It is always recommended to use your email to get in touch with us

(subjects are not quota restricted: all courses are open, except for workshops with limited facilities – in case of doubt, ask professors)

Pay attention: ask for the documents only when ALL your exams are registered on Infostud!

For the certificate of attendance, ask the form to your home university.

The Erasmus Office will fill out the document.

The departure date will coincide with your last exam’s date!
