Instructions

- Include close up screen shots of your work to back up your statements.

- Don’t just describe (not even primary schoolers do it!) always write about

the reasons for your choices in terms of what you intened.

- Use more than one slide it need be.

- Put an image of your final piece on the first slide

- Write about your successes and failures.

How did you respond? Talk (generally) through the how you ended up at the final piece. (research, experiment, planning, development and refinement, final piece)

Include screenshot images of pinboard, brainstorm, first drafts, similar artefatcs etc etc.

* Choose a piece that has been influenced by another artist/designer.

Why did you choose this artist/designer? (subject, technique, process)

What have you gained from looking at the work?

Paste a screenshot of both the original piece and your copy.

* Choose a piece where you have explored processes, techniques and different ways of communication.

  • What experimentation and exploration have you done?
  • What risks did you take?
  • How did this develop your ideas?
  • What limitations does the process have?
  • Talk about the combination of processes.
  • When you refined your drafts, you will have changed the way your piece communicates - describe what you did and the outcomes.
