What is expected of organizations that get involved?

  1. Now: Crowdsource data, add it to the Google Spreadsheet.
    • Search through Wikipedia looking for women your organization is connected to. Do they have profiles? Are the profiles missing key information? Add it to the spreadsheet!
  2. Now: Register to participate in the edit-a-thon
    • We welcome multiple attendees from any organization to participate. For those participating in-person, please register by February 15th, 2023.
  3. Feb-March: Take the one-hour virtual training at your convenience
    • Link to come.
  4. March 8: Participate in the edit-a-thon!
    • We ask that you reserve three hours of your time for this effort. Anyone is welcome to participate virtually; however, those local to our London office are welcome to attend in-person from 2-5pm GMT and those local to our DC office are welcome to attend in-person from 11am-2pm ET.
    • Food and drink will be provided at both locations.
