CODE BOARD
I am using CODE BOARDS on the event, sometimes where it is not safe to put a marshal and others to act as a speed reduction measure or guide to keep you on the route.
Most CODE BOARDS will be on the LEFT. As you approach there will be a sign showing “CODE BOARD”. The number plate is parallel to travel .
They are used for your safety, please respect their use. If you pass on the CODE BOARD, another crew may as a result be travelling faster than they should and crash…because of your “help”.
They must be recorded on the Time Card when you get to the Finish….if not recorded , this will get you a penalty of 60 seconds per missing code board.
Appendix 35 17.7- New in 2026
“Where a judge of fact deems a competitor to deliberately abuse their running order sequence as per the seeded starting list”
-- Penalty of 60 seconds for each offence --
WARNING – PR ISSUES
References on the roadbook are a real concern for us…..please don’t make it worse.
Please be extra careful going to and from the Tobbersool Selective as there are 30 residents along this road and there may be some horses being exercised
Where we have two way traffic ,take extra care on the narrow road sections.
We and you do not need an IRDS Claim
NAUL VILLAGE
10th May from 11am - 4pm
There is a food festival taking place in the centre of the village. Be mindful of pedestrians as you go through and courteous towards motorists as they try to find parking spaces.
DAMAGES TO PROPERTY
The Landowners have allowed us to use their land for our enjoyment to day. They expect that we make good any accidental damage. By that, I mean ALMC will organise the repair but you the COMPETITOR that causes it will be responsible for the cost, as indicated by you when you signed your entry indemnity.
Please complete the Damage Declaration at the end of the event and hand to Final Control – be honest in completion, as we will have heard of your exploits and only with the landowners continued permission, goodwill and your co-operation can we return next year to these properties.
Any Questions ???
