-Entry barriers are very high. ClubCorp expands throughout the United States, overseas, outstanding locations and a very well-known brand.
Rivalry Among Established Countries: Medium Pressure
-Currently ClubCorp has excellent competitors and they are American Golf Corporation, Troon Golf, and Evergreen Alliance Golf Limited. The strongest one in this branch of competitors is American Golf Corporation.

-Even though the initial fees to be a member is high the customers get to enjoy everything the club offers if the pay for the full membership.

We offer various programs at our clubs designed to minimize future attrition rates by increasing member satisfaction and usage. These include programs that are designed to engage current and newly enrolled members in activities and groups that go beyond their home club. Additionally, these programs may grant our members discounts on meals and other items in order to increase their familiarity with and usage of their club’s amenities.
Management System
ClubCorp owns, and operates through joint ventures. They have 150 golf and country clubs and manage nine golf and country clubs. Likewise, they operate through a joint venture of 44 business, sports and alumni clubs and manage three business, sports and alumni clubs. ClubCorp is the largest owner of private golf and country clubs in the United States.
The clubs offer members privileges throughout our entire collection of clubs, and we believe that our diverse facilities, recreational offerings and social programming enhance our ability to attract and retain members across a number of demographic groups.
