Hearing Modes

NCDRC Hearings: Hybrid hearing facility available for participation through video conferencing or physical appearance.

State Commissions (SCDRCs): Hybrid hearing facilities are available in many State Commissions, subject to local procedures and directions.

Choice of Appearance: Parties and advocates may appear online or physically wherever hybrid facilities are permitted.

District Commissions (DCDRCs): Hearing mode depends on the infrastructure and administrative arrangements of the concerned District Commission.

Key Takeaway: Always confirm the hearing mode before the scheduled date, as practices may vary across Commissions.
