Google Forms

Google Forms is a tool from Google:

  • Create forms, surveys, quizzes, and such
  • Free and easy to use
  • Nine type of questions (link)
  • Can insert images and videos
  • Can be anonymous or can collect user names

Apps vs Personal

You can use Google Forms with your personal Gmail account, or through a Google Apps for Education account.

With a Google Apps for Education account you can:

  • Require that respondents be logged in with their school Google Apps account.
  • Collect respondents usernames.
