Martin Luther King Junior (MLK) was born on January 15, 1929, in Atlanta, Georgia. He fought for the rights of African Americans in the United States.

MLK delivered his famous I Have a Dream speech on August 28, 1963, in Washington, D.C.

He died on April 4, 1968, in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 39.
