Problem

  1. Management of projects and customers is done manually – no automatic solution
  2. There is no database for preserving customers – no customers database
  3. There is no trace over the status of potential projects – no projects database
  4. There is no way to evaluate the chances for winning a project in order to make prioritization between projects

The System

Prediction of winning a project

We create “.arff” file with our logs. The WEKA gets the file as an input and uses the classifiers model (J48) to build a decision tree (as shown below) in order to predict the chance of winning a project.
