Tiny Bio: | Predoctoral Research Fellow at the Global Priorities Institute Studied philosophy, politics and economics at the University of Warwick (UK) and studies Mathematics at the University of Hagen (Germany). Worked on EU AI policy for the Future of Life Institute, on competition economics at the German Institute of Economic Research, and researched the (potential) diffusion of artificial intelligence regulation. |

Tiny Bio: | I am a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Southampton. Before that, I have worked for the Competition and Markets Authority in the UK, and have taught at the University of St Andrews. I have obtained my BSc and MPhil in Economics from the University of Athens and have finished my PhD at the University of Glasgow. |

Tiny Bio: | I am a postdoctoral fellow and the director of the Evidence to Policy Research Initiative at Northwestern University. Over the next couple of years we aim to facilitate and conduct research surrounding the question of how (research) evidence finds its way into public policy. Personally, I believe this should be a core interest within EA; and is probably underrated today. But happy to discuss with anyone who gets in touch! |

I was previously a summer research fellow at the Stanford Existential Risks Institute, and am currently still working on my research project using an agent-based modelling approach to assess risk factors for nuclear war in a hierarchical intelligence gathering system. |
