RESULTS:

• reducing the consumption of fast food among students and parents;
• increasing the quality of food consumed in the family;
• getting the students to refuse consuming unhealthy foods (from parent and student reports);
• increased consumption of fruits and vegetables (at 10 o'clock snack);
• daily practice at school for 10 minutes of sporting activities (warming-up activities and dancing at 9 o’clock break);
• increasing the cohesion in the group of students and parents.
